Food Tours Vienna is not liable and does not assume responsibility for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss to person or property arising out of any injury, accident, death, cancellation, delay, adjustment, or inconvenience as a result of inadvertence of any hotel, transportation carrier, restaurant, or other company or person rendering the services included in the tour or caused by weather, sickness, political situation, or negligent acts of any other tour participants or any other cause beyond the control of Food Tours Vienna.

We are very sorry but we don´t recommend too book the classic tour in case you are Vegan, if you wish we can organise a meatfree tour for you. If you are vegeterian we will find some replacment´s for the meaty parts for sure.

The duration depends on wich tour you have booked.

• Classic Tour takes about 4 hours where we taste 8 different samples.
• Best of Tour takes 2,5 hours where we taste 6 different samples. 
• Gourmet Tour takes about 4 hour where we get 6 exclusive tastings.

Yes one bottle of 0,5l mineral water is included. There is a wine tasting included in every tour except the beer tour. 

We do not arrange accommodation. However, if you happen to be looking for a short-term vacation rental in the heart of Vienna, you can E-mail us for recommondations.

All of our small group tours can also be booked as private tours, for an additional fee. Contact us about pricing.

All of our small group walking tours are capped at 12 participants. On the Gourmet Tour only max. 8 persons.

If you are arranging a tour or event for a larger group, please contact us for a customized proposal and price quote.

Advance payment is required for all of our  tours. We accept Paypal & major credit cards.

Tours are charged in EURO.

We are happy to work with travel agents. Please contact us to discuss opportunities.

Food Tours Vienna love thinking outside the box! If you have any type of tour, event, or program in mind that you do not see listed on our web site, we would be happy to discuss how to make it happen.

All of our tours are in English or German.

We welcome children, as long as the parents are sure that they can handle the tour and the walking without disturbing the other participants in the group.

Our bookings are considered final. If Food Tours Vienna received payments . Cancellations details to find in our GTC.

If you are satisfied with your tour and your guide’s work, a gratuity would be much appreciated by your guide.

We recommend Wearing comfortable shoes. Weather related clothing.A open mind and a smile on your lips.

We do our best to stick to the planned itinerary. But itineraries may be subject to change for reasons beyond our control, including: weather or third-party vendor cancellations. In this case, we will make every effort to select alternate venues of the same caliber.
