Offer Overview

Food Tours Vienna offers various price ranges.

The Classic Tour costs 135€ (for children under 12 years 95€)
Private Tours will be billed depending on the expenditure of time.

Booking and Contract terms

After your online booking, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation. With your booking, you accept our Terms and Conditions. The booking is firm after you receive a confirmation from Food Tours Vienna (Einzelunternehmen, Lukas Hittinger followed named Food Tours Vienna). Within this process, both parties, customer and Food Tours Vienna accept the contract as binding.

The payment of the tour will be charged ahead by credit card or bank transfer (PayPal).
The maximum of customers is limited by 12 persons a tour.
Private or Company tour terms are: the full bill has to be paid 7 days in front of the appointment.
For tours wich are in less than 7 days we arrange a separate payment date.

Delays of Groups or Single Persons

Food Tours Vienna will wait maximum off 15 minutes on delayed persons after this time the tour is canceled (no-show). Food Tours Vienna claims the full tour price. People who show up too late but in waiting time will discover a little bit shorter tour. The journey too the appointed meeting point rests on the customer himself.

Cancellation

The Customer has the right to cancel the booking, essential is the arrival of the cancellation declaration at Food Tours Vienna. The cancellation must be an e-mail wich Food Tours Vienna must confirm. In case of a cancellation or a no-show Food Tours Vienna has the right to charge a cancellation fee. Food Tours Vienna can calculate the exact lose or choose a fixed rated cancellation fee. They are :

from 30. to 15. day before the settled day: 20 % off the full Contract price,
from14. to 4. day before the settled day: 50 % off the full Contract price,
from the 3.day of the settled day or by no-show 100% off the Contract price.

Limitation of liability statement

Food Tours Vienna its employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents, and assigns does not own or operate any entity which provides, or is to provide, goods or services for your trip, including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, and food service providers. Such services are Subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers.

Food Tours Vienna responsibility is strictly limited. Food Tours Vienna accepts no liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by negligence or defect of any company or person in performing these services.

Food Tours Vienna is not responsible for the acts or failures to act, willfully or otherwise, of its suppliers, or of any other third party over whom Food Tours Vienna has no control.

Food Tours Vienna is not liable for any bodily injury or harm, accidents, property damage or personal loss of any kind as a result of, but not limited to sickness: physical exertion for which the participant was not prepared; travel by plane, train car, bus, boat or other mode of transportation; weather; strikes; local laws; consumption of alcoholic beverages; forces of nature, such as high winds, hurricanes, flooding, etc.; heat exhaustion, civil unrest or terrorism; or the availability of medical services.

All services and accommodation are subject to the laws and regulations in the country in which they are provided. Food Tours Vienna is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours / trips arranged by Food Tours Vienna. Travel insurance, cancellation insurance and medical insurance for abroad are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Food Tours Vienna is also not liable for: expenses (e.g. meals, transportation, hotel costs) that are not specified as included in the price of the trip, but may be required to get to/from a starting or ending point. Food Tours Vienna reserves the right to make route alterations in order to improve the quality of a trip or better accommodate its guests. Food Tours Vienna is not responsible for expenses incurred by guests in preparing for the tour (e.g. non-refundable advance purchase of air tickets, equipment, travel insurance, etc.) or for any additional travel arrangements made on your own.

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in the trip or tour designated on this application (or a trip to which I may subsequently transfer). I hereby agree to be responsible for my own welfare and I hereby release and discharge Food Tours Vienna from and against any and all liability, except liability caused by negligence of Food Tours Vienna arising from my participation in the trip. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally, all members of my family and all minors traveling with me, my and their heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives, it being my intention fully to assume all the risks associated with this trip and to release Food Tours Vienna from any and all liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by law.

I understand that Food Tours Vienna reserves the right to take photographic or film records of its trips and to use any such photographic or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes, including use by third parties with whom Food Tours Vienna may engage in joint marketing, without any remuneration to me. I hereby assign to Food Tours Vienna all right, title and interest I may have in or to any and all media in which my name or likeness might be used by Food Tours Vienna.
